Q - What are the payment methods Stafford Ellinson accepts?
A - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Q - Why has my payment failed?
A - There are many reasons payment errors can occur and a number of steps you can take to resolve potential issues. Please review your personal and credit card information to verify that everything has been entered correctly. You could also try a different credit card or payment method, such as PayPal. If problems persist, please contact your bank, as it is possible that your account lacks sufficient funds or has been flagged for security reasons. For any other issues or questions, please contact our Customer Care representatives.
Q - What is Stafford Ellinson return policy?
A - Stafford Ellinson wants to ensure that you are satisfied with the fit, design, and quality of the garments you have purchased. We recognize that, despite our best intentions with this website, your perceptions of what you have purchased, and what you receive, may differ. For this reason you may exchange your purchase, or return it for a full refund (based on the original form of payment), within 21 days of purchase. Where the return is due to a fault with the garment, the period for return may be extended. If the fault is minor, we will repair and return the garment.
Q - How do I exchange or return an item?
A - You may return the garment to Stafford Ellinson, PO Box 8135, Northland centre, Vic. 3072.
Please ensure proof of purchase documentation is included, provide a reason for the return, and indicate with the return whether you require an exchange or a refund. If the return is for reasons of quality, the garment may be repaired and returned to you. Note that Stafford Ellinson’ staff will examine the garment on receipt; if there is indication that it has been treated in an abnormal manner, the return will not be accepted.
Q - How long does it take for my order to arrive and how much will it cost?
A - Free delivery on all orders over AUD $100. This does not apply to orders outside of Australia.

All orders placed with Stafford Ellinson Pty Ltd are subject to stock availability and wherever possible will be dispatched within 2 working days.
International deliveries are sent from Melbourne, Australia using tracked and ‘signed for’ services for your security and convenience.
Overseas deliveries may be subject to customs delays.

For orders delivered outside Australia, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (where applicable) in your own country and to check the duties and clearance fees with your local authorities.

Q - Which countries does Stafford Ellinson ship to?
A - Stafford Ellinson offers worldwide delivery, with the exception of Russia, Cuba, Iran, Azerbaijan and North Korea.
Q - When will I receive my exchanged item?
A - If you request an exchange, we will proceed with sending you the exchanged product(s) as soon as we have correctly received the returned goods.
Q - Do you offer personal tailoring online?
A - Personal tailoring is not available online, only in selected stores.
Q - How do I use a discount or coupon code?
A - Coupon codes or discount codes can be used in the shopping cart area prior to checkout. Because these codes are generally for VIP members only, you must be logged into your account for the “Coupon code” field to be visible. First log in with your Stafford Ellinson account, place the items you wish to purchase into your cart, then proceed to the “Cart”. Click the cart icon on the top right hand of the screen, once the shopping slider opens, click “view cart” then proceed to enter your code in the field. This will activate any promotion or discount code.
Q - Is it possible to order the trousers of a suit in a different size to the jacket?
A - Unfortunately it is not possible at this time to order different sizes in the trouser and jacket of a suit.
Q - I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
A - If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgotten Password?' instructions on the log in drop down (top right of the website) or Account page.
Q - How do I make a purchase?
A - We aim to make online shopping as simple and straightforward as possible. Once you have found an item, select your size, quantity and use the “add to cart” button. If you don’t know your size you can use our ‘sizing’ category, Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the cart icon in the top right corner. You can add products to your favourites list or use the “remove” button to delete items from your cart. Click “checkout” to complete your order.
